Rules for Using Eduvo’s AI-Powered Learning Platform

These Terms & Conditions explain how schools, teachers, students, coaching centers, and other users may access and use Eduvo, including class recording, AI-generated content, learning reports, teacher insights, and student learning history.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eduvo, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of Eduvo, including schools, school administrators, teachers, students, parents, coaching centers, private teachers, and other authorized users.

If you are using Eduvo on behalf of a school, coaching center, or educational institution, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms and use Eduvo for academic operations.

2. About Eduvo Platform

Eduvo is an AI-powered school automation and learning intelligence platform. It helps educational institutions record classes, generate AI-powered academic content, create learning reports, and support teachers and students.

Eduvo may include features such as:

  • Automated class recording
  • AI-generated class summaries
  • AI notes, FAQs, MCQs, and flashcards
  • Teacher insights and class quality indicators
  • Student learning history
  • School dashboard and academic reports
  • Teacher app, student app, and school panel access

3. User Roles and Access

Eduvo may provide different access levels based on user roles. Available features may vary depending on whether the user is a school admin, teacher, student, parent, coaching center, or private teacher.

  • School admins may access class reports, recordings, teacher insights, student learning data, and school-level dashboards.
  • Teachers may access assigned classes, recordings, AI summaries, and generated study content.
  • Students may access class-wise notes, summaries, MCQs, flashcards, FAQs, and learning history.
  • Coaching centers/private teachers may use Eduvo for batch classes, recorded sessions, and AI learning material generation.

4. Account Registration and Security

Users may need an account to access Eduvo. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and must not share their account with unauthorized persons.

Schools and institutions are responsible for managing access for their admins, teachers, students, and other users. Eduvo may suspend or restrict accounts if unauthorized use, misuse, or security risk is detected.

5. Class Recording Terms

Eduvo may record class audio or learning sessions when enabled by the school, teacher, or authorized institution. These recordings are used to generate academic reports and AI-powered learning content.

The school or institution is responsible for ensuring that class recording is used lawfully and with proper communication or consent where required. Teachers, students, and parents should be informed according to the institution’s policies and applicable rules.

Eduvo provides the technology for recording and processing. Institutions are responsible for deciding when and how recording is used in their academic workflow.

6. AI-Generated Content

Eduvo uses artificial intelligence to generate learning content and academic insights from class recordings and related data. This may include summaries, notes, FAQs, MCQs, flashcards, revision content, teacher insights, and learning gap indicators.

AI-generated content is provided as academic assistance and should not be considered final or error-free. Teachers, school admins, or authorized academic staff should review important AI-generated content before sharing it as official academic material.

Eduvo does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be completely accurate, complete, or suitable for every curriculum or examination requirement.

7. School and Institution Responsibility

Schools, coaching centers, and institutions using Eduvo are responsible for their academic policies, user permissions, student data handling, parent communication, class recording decisions, and internal use of Eduvo reports.

  • Inform users about class recording where required
  • Manage access for admins, teachers, and students
  • Review AI-generated academic content before official use
  • Use student data responsibly for educational purposes
  • Ensure Eduvo is used according to applicable rules and policies

8. Acceptable Use

Users must use Eduvo only for lawful educational and academic purposes. Users must not misuse the platform or attempt to harm Eduvo, other users, or connected systems.

  • Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Do not access another user’s account without permission
  • Do not copy, resell, or misuse Eduvo features without approval
  • Do not attempt to break, hack, overload, or disrupt the platform
  • Do not use Eduvo to violate privacy or academic policies

9. Pricing, Packages and Payment

Eduvo may offer per-class pricing, monthly plans, annual plans, school packages, coaching center packages, or custom enterprise pricing. Final pricing may depend on number of classes, number of users, storage, AI processing, integrations, and selected features.

Payment terms, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, refund, and service limits may be defined in the subscription agreement, invoice, proposal, or commercial contract shared with the school or institution.

Eduvo may change pricing or package features with prior notice where applicable.

10. Data and Privacy

Eduvo collects and processes data to provide class automation, AI reports, learning content, app access, and support services. Use of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using Eduvo, users agree that data may be processed according to the Eduvo Privacy Policy, school configuration, user role, and service requirements.

11. Service Availability

Eduvo aims to provide reliable access to its web platform, school panel, teacher app, student app, recording system, and AI processing features. However, service availability may be affected by internet issues, maintenance, third-party services, cloud providers, device limitations, app updates, or technical problems.

Eduvo may update, modify, pause, or discontinue certain features to improve quality, security, performance, or compliance.

12. Intellectual Property

Eduvo’s platform, design, software, workflows, branding, icons, dashboards, AI features, and technical systems belong to Eduvo or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute Eduvo without written permission.

Academic content created by schools, teachers, or students may remain owned by the respective institution or user, subject to the school agreement and applicable policies.

13. Third-Party Services

Eduvo may use third-party services for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, communication, AI processing, payments, or app distribution. These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Eduvo is not responsible for issues caused by third-party service outages, policy changes, or external platform limitations.

14. Suspension and Termination

Eduvo may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms, misuse the platform, fail to make payments, create security risks, or use the service in a way that harms Eduvo, schools, teachers, students, or other users.

Schools may also request account closure, data export, or user access removal according to their subscription agreement and Eduvo’s technical and legal requirements.

15. Limitation of Liability

Eduvo provides technology to support academic automation and learning insights. Eduvo is not responsible for academic decisions, teacher evaluation decisions, examination results, student performance outcomes, or institutional actions taken based only on AI-generated reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

16. Educational Disclaimer

Eduvo’s AI-generated content is intended to support learning, revision, class review, and academic monitoring. It is not a replacement for teachers, school judgment, curriculum review, or professional academic evaluation.

Teachers and school admins should review AI content before using it for official teaching, assessment, or reporting.

17. Changes to These Terms

Eduvo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Eduvo after updates means users accept the revised terms.
